Mr. Novales-Flamarique has a multidisciplinary background having accumulated a decade of international experience, working both in shop floor environments (continuous improvement) as well as in management consulting. Trilingual, he is known both for his creativity and for his diligence in his exercise of the supporting role, and draws on his intercultural experiences in order to help people to feel better understood.

Mr. Novales-Flamarique holds a Specialized graduate diploma (D.E.S.S.) in law specialized in Dispute Prevention and Resolution (Alternative Dispute Resolution) in addition to initial training in Psychology (Certificate), Logistics and Supply Chain Management (Masters), and Engineering (B.Eng.).
